Research shows regular exercise helps students perform better in school and Athlos Academy of Jefferson Parish wants to show parents our excellent athletic facilities!

Staff will be on hand to show parents our turf, walk them through our athletic movements and discuss the importance of physical literacy. Our Healthy Body approach helps focus busy young minds and set lifetime fitness habits.

The night will end with a Q&A. Be sure to dress ready to move (tennis shoes and athletic wear).
