Parent-Teacher Organization

The PTO is designed to support the educators of Athlos Academy of Jefferson Parish in providing a positive educational experience for all students. We will accomplish this through volunteer coordination, fundraising, and the organization of family-oriented activities.

The mission of the PTO is to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parent involvement, enhancing the education experience by supporting academic enrichment activities, and improving the environment and activities for our students and teachers by providing volunteer and financial support.

How Can the PTO Help?

Families are encouraged to donate 30 hours of their time each year in service to the school. This may include assisting a teacher with a project in his classroom, helping to set up for an evening or weekend event, participating on a committee, or helping to assemble project kits at home. There’s a lot to do, and we need you!
