About Michelle Rabb
Michelle Rabb graduated from Southern University, where she earned degrees in elementary education and addictive behaviors counseling and prevention. She also earned her master’s degree in diverse learning from the University of Phoenix. Michelle worked for over twenty years in a variety of educational settings. She has worked in alternative, therapeutic, and adult education. She has also served as a program facilitator, residential counselor, case manager, mental health provider, and CASA advocate for various community outreach and judicial-based programs.
Favorite Performance Character Trait:
INTEGRITY
“The trait that most resonates with me is integrity,” she shared. “My integrity means I live in accordance with my deepest values, I am honest with everyone even when it is difficult, and I always try to keep my word.”

- I received a proclamation from Mayor Latoya Cantrell for my community-based project “Kobe Jordan Day” in 2019.
- I was the featured teacher in 2019.
- I am passionate about empowering women of domestic violence and human trafficking.
- I enjoy working and/ or teaching the disabled population.
- I love reading and watching documentaries.
