About Ms. Rabb

Michelle Rabb graduated from Southern University, where she earned degrees in elementary education and addictive behaviors counseling and prevention. She also earned her master’s degree in diverse learning from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Rabb worked for over twenty years in a variety of educational settings. She has worked in alternative, therapeutic, and adult education. She has also served as a program facilitator, residential counselor, case manager, mental health provider, and CASA advocate for various community outreach and judicial-based programs.

Favorite Performance Character Trait: Integrity

“The trait that most resonates with me is integrity,” she shared. “My integrity means I live in accordance with my deepest values, I am honest with everyone even when it is difficult, and I always try to keep my word.”

Fun Facts about Ms. Rabb

• Ms. Rabb received a proclamation from Mayor Latoya Cantrell for her community-based project “Kobe Jordan Day” in 2019.
• She was the featured teacher in 2019.
• She is passionate about empowering women of domestic violence and human trafficking.
• She enjoys working and/ or teaching the disabled population.
• She enjoys reading and watching documentaries.
