Tierra Watts

Tierra Watts is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Education at Reach University. Before joining Athlos Academy, she owned and operated an in-home daycare for 10 years, gaining valuable experience in early childhood development and foundational learning.

As an educator, Tierra is deeply committed to helping students grow in all aspects of their development—academically, socially, and emotionally—while remaining open to learning and growing herself. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to understand her students’ individual needs and provide a strong educational foundation to support their success.

Each year, Tierra looks forward to helping her students gain the skills and confidence they need to thrive in the next grade level. She brings dedication, empathy, and a passion for lifelong learning to the classroom every day.
