Erinn Hayes

Erinn Hayes is a passionate educator and mentor who brings a background in organizational leadership and a heart for youth development. She earned her degree in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona. Throughout college, Ms. Hayes was actively involved with several local non-profits, and that early experience laid the foundation for a career focused on supporting young people.

Her professional journey has included planning youth conferences, managing summer camps for the City of New Orleans, and most recently, working in a high school setting to guide students through key developmental stages. No matter the role, Ms. Hayes has always been driven by a deep passion for helping students grow—academically, socially, and personally.

Ms. Hayes’s top goal as an educator is to help students recognize their own potential to change the world. She believes that when students see what they are capable of, they begin to carry themselves with purpose and confidence. Her greatest strength as an educator is her relatability—she has a natural ability to connect with students, making them feel understood, supported, and empowered.

Each year, she looks forward to being part of the foundation that prepares the next generation of high school students. She finds joy in watching their transformation and is honored to play a role in their journey.
