Rosa Martin

Rosa Martin graduated from Escuela Normal Superior de Yucatán with an Associates in elementary education. She has served over 26 years as an elementary school teacher from Kindergarten to 8th grade and some high school.

Rosa was drawn to the Athlos model because it focuses on the whole child, and she also shares that vision. As an educator, Rosa’s top goal is to motivate their students to become fully bilingual, and she uses her creativity to accomplish it. She’s determined to make a difference in the lives of her EL’s by encouraging them and motivating them to be proficient in the English language but also not losing their mother tongue.
