Important dates include:
- The first day of school for grades 1–8 is Thursday, August 5, 2021.
- The first day of kindergarten is Thursday, August 12, 2021.
- The last day of the 2021–22 school year is Friday, May 20, 2022.
The calendar also includes:
- Non-school days due to holidays, staff professional development, and conferences
- Various breaks: fall break, Thanksgiving break, winter break, Mardi Gras break, and spring break
- Early dismissal days throughout the year
