ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE COACH
About Coach Hill'
Kenneth Hill is a dedicated educator with a strong academic background and a passion for holistic student development. He attended Southern University A&M College, Grand Canyon University, and Trident University International. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Southern University in 2013, followed by a Master’s degree in Mental Health from Grand Canyon University. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Health Administration (DHA) at Trident University International.
As of 2025, Coach Hill is entering his ninth year of teaching, with the past seven years spent serving in charter schools. He also held the position of Head Football Coach at KIPP East Academy, where he combined his leadership and mentorship skills to support student-athletes.
Coach Hill’s top goal as an educator is to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, empowered, and inspired to reach their full potential. He strives to not only deliver knowledge but also to cultivate critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. By recognizing individual differences and promoting equity, he prepares students to become responsible, compassionate, and capable contributors to their communities and the world.
One of his greatest strengths as an educator is his ability to challenge students to push themselves toward their maximum potential, ensuring they achieve academic success. Each year, he looks forward to the opportunity to positively impact lives—one scholar at a time.
Coach Hill was drawn to the Athlos model because of its holistic approach to education—one that extends beyond academics. The integration of Prepared Mind, Healthy Body, and Performance Character aligns closely with his own belief that students thrive when their intellectual, physical, and emotional needs are nurtured. He values how Athlos emphasizes character development and life skills alongside academic rigor, helping shape well-rounded individuals who are resilient, empathetic, and community-minded. Being part of a model that promotes whole-child education continues to motivate him as an educator.
