About Lucretia Robinson-Causey
Lucretia is a highly experienced and dedicated educator with over 20 years of service as both a teacher and administrator. She holds degrees from Xavier University, the University of New Orleans (UNO), and the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM), including a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree with an additional 30 hours of advanced study.
Her top goal as an educator is to guide students toward reaching their full potential—academically, socially, and personally. Known for her unwavering commitment to excellence, Lucretia approaches every role and responsibility with purpose and professionalism, consistently striving to support both students and staff in achieving success.
At the start of each school year, Lucretia looks forward to building new relationships and embracing opportunities to collaborate with colleagues and connect with students. She was drawn to Athlos Academy by its culture of growth, positivity, and service, and by the opportunity to continue making a meaningful impact in an environment that supports the development of the whole child through the pillars of Prepared Mind, Healthy Body, and Performance Character.

GRIT
My favorite performance trait is grit. It is a very important life skill to, in pursuit of your goals, persevere despite obstacles, challenges and failure. We, our students, are capable of achieving great things when given skills, strategies and inspiration.
