Zuzana Bracok

SPECIAL EDUCATION COORDINATOR

About Zuzana Bracok

Zuzana Bracok earned her Bachelor of Arts in Science with a major in English and a minor in History from Rutgers University. She went on to complete two Master’s degrees at Seton Hall University — one in Administration and Supervision, and another in Special Education.

From 2005 to 2019, she taught in Newark, NJ, primarily in alternative school settings, where she focused on supporting Special Education students. With nearly two decades of experience, Zuzana is deeply committed to helping students grow and equipping them with the tools they need to be successful in both school and life.

One of her greatest strengths as an educator is her unwavering dedication to advocating for her students. Each school year, she looks forward most to building relationships with her students and watching them thrive.

Zuzana was drawn to Athlos Academy because of its emphasis on movement-based learning. She strongly believes that students should have the opportunity to move, play, and be active participants in their education — and that athletic movement is a powerful way to support both academic and personal growth.

Favorite Performance Character Trait:

GRIT

My favorite Performance Character Trait would be Grit. It is a hard skill to build up, but once you have it you are unstoppable!
