Free/Reduced Meal Applications

Alert! Attention! Announcement!

Athlos Academy of Jefferson Parish announces its intent to apply for a waiver from USDA to allow the school to elect CEP participation for SY 19-20 after the June election deadline.

Athlos Academy was previously under the impression that we were eligible for the Community Eligibility Provision of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. However, eligibility is still being determined. In the meantime, all families should plan to submit a free/reduced price meal application for consideration, including returning families.

There are two ways to submit completed applications. The first is at one of our school orientation nights:

  • Grades 1-3: Wednesday, August 1, 4-6 PM
  • Grades 4-7: Monday, August 5, 4-6 PM
  • Kindergarten: Wednesday, August 8, 4-6 PM

Additionally, the application may be downloaded, completed, and returned to the school front office or mailed to 979 Behrman Hwy., Terrytown, LA 70056.
