Uniform Policy Change

Announcement!

Athlos Academy is recommending updates to the uniform policy.  According to Board policy, parents must be notified 60 days prior to the implementation of the new policy.  This serves as the 60-day notification, meaning that the policy will be implemented Monday, October 25.  The four main updates are highlighted below, with both the old and new language on the policy.

Update #1

#6 Old language: Footwear should be appropriate for weather conditions.  Now states, footwear should be appropriate for current weather conditions, however boots may not be worn in the classroom. When weather conditions necessitate the need for boots or other weather appropriate shoes, time will be given in class to change to appropriate footwear.
