GRIT
I set clear goals and stay focused on them without letting distractions derail me. I value this trait because it shows strength, follow-through, and the ability to achieve results even in challenging circumstances. It also aligns with how I want students to approach their own growth, academics, and friendships by staying committed to what matters most.
