Students Return to School Starting Monday, October 18

Announcement!

We have some good news to share with our families and our students.  We will be reopening school starting Monday, October 18 for in-person learning!

We anticipate receiving the environmental inspection later this week. We cannot wait to see our scholars return to learning in our beautiful building.

We will continue with the original plan for assessments on campus this week.   We will provide transportation at the regular morning pick-up time.  Families who drive their children will use Driveline.  Students will receive breakfast and lunch and must wear their school uniform.  Students must bring laptops and chargers for assessments.

Assessment Schedule
Date  Last Name
Wednesday, October 13  A-Br
Thursday, October 14  Bu-De
Friday, October 15  Di-Hammad

Starting Monday, October 18, we will return to campus in-person and continue the assessments with all students once school resumes.  Please note that on Friday, October 22 there is no school.

Assessments are diagnostic testing that students will usually complete within the first two-three weeks of school to determine what students have retained from the previous school year. We use the information to provide interventions and additional support if needed.

Students will need to bring laptops and chargers when they return to school.

Food will still be delivered to families who requested meal delivery this week.  Distance learning will continue through the end of the week.  Remember that live sessions are on Thursday and that exit tickets are to be completed in Clever.

We want to thank each of you for your patience during this time.
